when a recipe say to "heat to boil"...
what exactly does that mean?
when trails of bubbles form from botton to top?
when bubbles break the surface?
when large bubbles continually break the surface?
yes, this is a jello question.
Instead of Irish soda bread, I made Irish soda bread muffins.
much better than i expected but when i make it next time, i think i'll add
more sugar.
It was more cake than breadlike...but it was moist and tasty...and
portioned.

but because I don't *need* to use the kitchenaid.
